An old farmhouse dating back to1870 situated in front of the entrance to the international race track of Mugello has been turned into several small apartments for ensuring a comfortable stay.

All the 2-room apartments ( sleeping 3, 4 and 5 ) are equipped with kitchenette, bar fridge, satellite TV, private bathroom and armoured door.
They are all surrounded by a park filled with plants and lawns set up for relaxing, plus a large private parking area with an automatic gate for guaranteeing the safety of your car.

Due to its close proximity to the aforementioned race track, this structure is ideal for all car and motorcycle racing enthusiasts, apart from which it is also the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy a relaxing tourist holiday thanks to being not far from the main Tuscan cities ( Florence, Pisa, Siena, etc. ), not to mention the rich history and traditions to be discovered in the Mugello area itself.

There are also a myriad of wonderful restaurants nearby where you can really satisfy your palate with the traditional dishes typical of this area.
